To maintain a professional, safe, and inspiring creative environment for everyone, we ask all guests and members to follow these simple rules:
STUDIO CONDUCT
No smoking, drugs, or alcohol are permitted anywhere inside the studio or on the property.
Please respect the space, staff, and equipment at all times.
Only authorized guests and booked clients are allowed during your session.
Food and drinks are allowed in lounge areas only β not near recording gear or instruments.
Keep noise levels reasonable in common areas and hallways.
BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
A 25% deposit is required to secure your booking.
Remaining balance is due on the day of your session.
Cancellations and rescheduling follow our official policy:
7+ days: Full refund of deposit
3β7 days: 50% of deposit retained
1β3 days: Full deposit retained
Less than 24 hours: Full session fee charged
STUDIO USE
Please arrive on time β your booking begins and ends at the scheduled time.
Additional time is subject to availability and billed at the hourly rate.
Handle all studio property, microphones, stands, and cables with care.
You are responsible for any damage caused to studio equipment or facilities during your session.
External drives must be supplied by the client for saving projects or podcast files.
PRIVACY & SAFETY
Studio+ reserves the right to refuse service to anyone under the influence or violating conduct rules.
Security cameras may be in use in common areas for safety purposes.
All media recorded at Studio+ remains confidential unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
